We consider a new customer for the first few appointments (regardless of age) since we are getting used to working together and finding the best techniques for a stress-free sesh. The first session, however, is the most important one as we begin establishing a deep relationship with you and your pup. We may spend extra time getting to know your pup and allowing them to become comfortable with us. We may not start a spaw sesh immediately, opting to spend time getting to know each other, getting some background information from you as the pup parent and allowing the pup to feel comfortable.

We always welcome pup parents to be present during the spaw sesh; however, if your pup becomes uncomfortable or stressed, we may ask for your assistance and guide you to help ease your pup’s discomfort or stress. ONLY IF IT BECOMES NECESSARY, WE MAY ask you to step away if your pup is not able to calm down. It is not uncommon for pups to get a little more agitated with pup parents around. When you are present, we ask that you remain calm even if your pup may seem stressed.

We promise to never force nor impose anything your pup does not feel comfortable with; we will find the best way to teach your pup how to become comfortable with their grooming session. Part of our name is to have “good vibez*”, which is the entire reason our vibes are always good and calm when working with the puppers.

They do feed off of our energy and know when we are agitated or stressed, hence we may ask for you to step away for a bit if they are perceiving any sense of insecurity or doubt. This applies even to our assistants to give pups a break any moment in the session something is “too much”. We will continue to work together once the pups have calmed down and relaxed a bit more
